EU Business Avenues to South-East Asia |
Event Description:
The EU Business Avenues in South East Asia programme focuses on the growing South East Asian markets. This EU-funded initiative aims to help European companies establish long-lasting business collaborations through matchmaking and business support services, using Singapore as a hub.
The Green Energy Technologies Business Mission, under the EU Business Avenues in South East Asia programme, will travel to Singapore and Malaysia from 24 to 28 October 2016. The first part of the business mission week will see some 50 European companies in the green energy sector travelling to Singapore for two exhibition days, coinciding with the Asia Clean Energy Summit 2016 which is part of the Singapore International Energy Week. The companies will then travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for technical seminars and pre-arranged business meetings with local companies. The European companies will showcase innovative solutions and leading technologies in the green energy sector, and seek potential partners and evaluate business opportunities with the local companies.
The SEA IPR SME Helpdesk Expert will deliver a briefing on IP landscape in Singapore and Malaysia during the concluding session of the pre-departure meeting in Brussels on Tuesday, 6 September 2016.
