The ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk partnered with Belgian Embassy in Warsaw and the Ubiquity Lawyers to organise a conference about the existing tools to support Polish SMEs operating (or planning to) on Southeast Asian Markets. The ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk expert Philippe Deltombe will deliver a presentation about IP challenges in the ASEAN region and introduce the services available at the Helpdesk to SMEs.

Philippe Deltombe’s practice covers innovation sectors small and mid-sized players’ projects: from Europe to China and South East Asia. He provides advice and support in areas ranging from IP protection strategy to technology transfer guidance, including R&D funding assistance. Philippe counsels clients in various innovative sectors such as IT security, e-business, entertainment software, biotechnology, nanotechnology, water treatment and renewable energy. Philippe is the co-founder of UbiQuity, the network of independent IP lawyers, which spans across Europe and Asia.
Philippe speaks English, French, Italian, German and Spanish and he is admitted to the Brussels Bar.
